Shipping Policy

DiecastModeler ships prepaid orders to the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries. Checkout collects a US or Canadian shipping address.
Shipping rates
One shipping charge per order, based on the largest scale in your cart:

| Smaller than 1/24 (1/32, 1/43, 1/64, 1/72, and similar) | $5.99 |
| 1/24 scale (or unlisted scale) | $9.99 |
| 1/18 scale and larger | $12.99 |
If a title does not list a scale, the 1/24 rate applies. Rates are by scale, not by package weight.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after processing.
- Carriers and transit times can vary by destination, especially for Canada and remote US addresses.

Where orders ship from
Product cards show Ships from CA or Ships from NC (and occasionally Florida for Motor City Classics). See our fulfillment guide. A mixed cart may arrive in more than one package, still under the single shipping charge above.
Delivery issues
If a shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the original estimated delivery date if the package is missing). We will work with the carrier and, where we are at fault, replace the item or refund it.
